Through coaching, monthly competitions, live events, film projects, and the National Actors League, we provide actors with the experience, support, and opportunities they need to grow both on and off the screen. Lance Camarillo
After studying at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Lance Camarillo realized too many talented actors spent years waiting for opportunities that might never come. Instead of waiting, he decided to create them. Today, as Founder and CEO of 541 Productions, Lance leads coaching programs, film productions, live events, and the National Actors Championship, America's first competitive league for actors. His vision is to build a community where performers of all ages can compete, create, and grow together while pursuing real opportunities in the entertainment industry.
Production Coordinator
Kenadi Adams
Kenadi is the Production Coordinator at 541 Productions. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. She ensures that everything runs smoothly for the team and actors have everything they need to succeed.
Director of Competition and Community
Tia Talley
Tia Talley is the Director of Competition and Community for 541 Productions with over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She specializes in scouting and developing talent while overseeing the business and operational side of the production process. Through her leadership, Tia helps guide aspiring actors through coaching, professional development, and opportunities that prepare them for success in film and television.
WHY 541?
The name 541 Productions comes from Matthew 5:41 and reflects our commitment to going the extra mile in serving our community, supporting actors, and creating opportunities that help people grow both professionally and personally.
