By using this website or participating in any 541 Productions service, program, event, workshop, class, coaching session, premiere, showcase, production, or community, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

Services Provided

541 Productions provides educational, entertainment, networking, and career development opportunities for actors and performers, including but not limited to:

  • Weekly acting classes

  • Virtual premieres

  • In-person premieres

  • Workshops and training programs

  • Coaching and mentoring

  • Film projects and productions

  • Industry networking opportunities

  • Online communities and memberships

 

Participation in any service does not guarantee professional representation, auditions, bookings, employment, income, or career advancement.

 

No Guarantee of Results

541 Productions cannot guarantee:

  • Agency representation

  • Manager representation

  • Audition opportunities

  • Booked acting roles

  • Employment

  • Income

  • Career advancement

 

Individual results vary based on talent, effort, market conditions, experience, professionalism, and numerous factors beyond our control.

Any testimonials or success stories presented on our website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

 

Memberships and Programs

Memberships and program access are non-transferable.

541 Productions reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any program, service, class schedule, instructor, event, or membership feature at any time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.

 

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Event registrations are non-refundable.

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • Premiere participation fees are non-refundable.

  • Film project fees are non-refundable.

 

If a class, event, or program is canceled by 541 Productions, participants may be offered a credit, transfer, rescheduling option, or refund at our discretion.

 

Virtual and In-Person Events

Participants are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time

  • Maintaining professional conduct

  • Following all instructions provided by staff

  • Respecting fellow participants

 

541 Productions reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community without refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, videos, training materials, graphics, documents, curriculum, and educational content remain the property of 541 Productions unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, recorded, or republished without written permission.

 

Media Release

By participating in classes, productions, premieres, workshops, coaching sessions, events, or community activities, you grant 541 Productions permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, and promotional materials that may include your likeness.

These materials may be used for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Website content

  • Educational materials

  • Promotional campaigns

 

If you wish to opt out of certain promotional uses, written requests may be submitted for review.

Film Projects and Productions

Participation in a 541 Productions film project does not guarantee:

  • Distribution

  • Public release

  • Festival acceptance

  • Streaming placement

  • Financial compensation

 

Specific project terms, compensation arrangements, and performer agreements will be communicated separately when applicable.

 

Third-Party Services

Our website and programs may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Skool

  • Zoom

  • PaySimple

  • Google

  • Social media platforms

 

541 Productions is not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of third-party providers.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 541 Productions, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Direct damages

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost income

  • Lost opportunities

  • Career-related outcomes arising from participation in any service, event, class, production, coaching session, or program.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 541 Productions, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in our services or your violation of these Terms.

 

Termination of Access

541 Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, membership, event, or community for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Service.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
