541 Productions

Many actors spend years taking classes without ever stepping onto a film set, meeting industry professionals, or seeing their work on screen.

We built 541 Productions to create opportunities beyond the classroom.

Today, actors from around the world connect through our community, train, participate in premieres, and gain real-world experience through productions and industry events.

The 541 Productions Academy team is made up passionate individuals who are

dedicated to bringing your vision to life. With years of experience in the film industry, we have the skills and expertise to handle any project, big or small. From pre-production to post-production, our team works tirelessly to ensure that your project is a success.

CEO

Lance Camarillo

Lance is the CEO/Owner for 541 Productions and studied at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. He created 541 Productions to train and equip aspiring actors in the industry.

Production Coordinator

Kenadi Adams

Kenadi is the Production Coordinator at 541 Productions. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. She ensures that everything runs smoothly for the team and actors have everything they need to succeed.

Production Manager

Tia Talley

Tia Talley is the Production Manager for 541 Productions with over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She specializes in scouting and developing talent while overseeing the business and operational side of the production process. Through her leadership, Tia helps guide aspiring actors through training, professional development, and opportunities that prepare them for success in film and television.

Acting Instructor

Erin Elizabeth Burns

Erin is an actress, acting coach, and audition specialist with credits including Ozark, The Ms. Pat Show, Found, and The Divergent Series: Allegiant. Trained at the Maggie Flanigan Meisner Studio in NYC, Erin helps actors strengthen their craft, master self-tapes, and deliver authentic performances on screen.

Ian Adams

Ian is the Cinematographer for 541 Productions. He holds a degree in Film Production from UNG and his main focus is on writing and directing. In addition to his work in film, Ian is also passionate about producing music, and sharing the stage with others.

Sebastian Gonzales

Sebastian is the Director of Photography for 541 Productions. He is also an actor, and a video content creator in which he brings the cinematic content for the people who need it for their brand, company, or just for themselves.

Social Media Manager

Caitlyn Mims

Caitlyn is the Social Media Manager for 541 productions. She is a writer, actor, director, and producer. Caitlyn has experience with casting, script writing, marketing, and preproduction for a number of studio/radio stations.
